Any other options for RE7 other than NetSolutions?

We use NetCommunity for our online donations, and the form is much more pleasing to the eye. In a previous organization, we used NetSolutions, and I wasn't happy with it either. Depending on the volume of online donations you receive, NetCommunity could be a much better option for you. It's a newer product than NetSolutions, which was actually Blackbaud's first online giving tool and is quite outdated. Right before I left my previous organization, we were making the transition from NetSolutions to Online Express. I can't speak to how it works because it was implemented right after I left. I was just involved in the decision to switch, but it may be worth looking into. I would suggest speaking with your Blackbaud representative to get estimates, suggestions, etc. for a potential switch from NetSolutions.

We use NetCommunity to capture all of our online donations.  The page is branded to look just like our website and the info is downloaded easily into RE.

 

We also use NetCommunity -- if you have a web department you can make the pages look however you want.  The forms are what they are though.
