email contact names

Any advice on pulling organization contact names and emails.  I need to put together a listing of all emails for everyone in our database.  Individuals are easy - preferred email 1, email 2 and email 3.  With organizations it is email number _1, email number _2, etc.  Any advice on how to construct a query that would give me this info?   My query pulls all emails and individual names but on the organization contact side -- I can't seem to get the names of contacts to pull with emails.   Any replies greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

    First the standard statement: Query is a grouping tool, use Export to pull lists etc. :) Have you tried output Relationships > Contacts > Address > Phones > Specific Phones > EmailXXX. You have to drill down to get to field but from your post it sounds like what you need.

    And when your in Relationships > Contacts output the name field also.

    Is the email on the Contact's record or just on Bio1 for the Organization?

    The email is on the contact record.  Only a few in Bio 1.   Thanks for post.
