Hello all, This might have been covered in another thread. If so, please point me in the right direction. I am new to my role in my organization and am learning a lot about RE! Here is what I am looking for: A Query or Report that will give me: 1) All gifts and pledges for a specific calendar year (i.e. 2013). Our company accounting and finance department is finalizing our 990 and has asked for "all gifts, pledges, in-kind, cash and non-cash gifts for 2013". This seems simple enough, it's counting EVERYthing, right? I must be looking in the wrong place. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you, Kevin Benson

    Query would be an option but I'd start with either of these reports and see if you get what you need:

    Answer

    To show basic gift information, run the Gift Detail and Summary Report (Financial Reports).



    OR



    To show further detail, run the Gift Entry Validation report (Financial Reports). This report shows the date, type, and amount of the gift; the receipt number and method of payment; the gift code; post date; the donor and solicitor names, the fund associated with the gift; the name of the Raiser's Edge user entering the data and totals.

    Otherwise a gift query with criteria for the date you need, gift types, etc.
