Do any of you even know who your current Blackbaud contacts are?

I certainly don't.  It's not really the staff's fault, but could we get some stability?  Or at the very least a list of current contacts on our profile page when we sign in?

A couple of weeks ago I received a video introduction from my new BB rep and last week he gave me a call. Prior to that I had no clue for a year. BB keeps changing things around. When I was with the Boys and Girls Clubs my rep handled only Boys and Girls Clubs. When I was with the Orchestra the rep handled the Arts. Now my rep handles Florida. Yes, Nicole, stability would be a good thing.

Thanks for the feedback. We are working on displaying the organization's account manager and other Blackbaud contact/info in your blackbaud.com profile. I do not have a time frame as of yet, but wanted to let you know that it was in the works :-).
