Reporting

 Has anyone done a recency/frequency report? I could use some help in building one that possibly can be set up and then run every three months to adjust results.

I have a Crystal Report that determines RFM scores, compares them to the constituent's current score in RE (if any), and then creates an import file so I can import new scores and update current scores where necessary.  I run this quarterly. 

Here is my presentation from BBCon 2013 that includes the RFM report, starting on page 17.  It doesn't have many details so let me know if you have any questions.
