I am looking for a hiring assessment tool to use in the hiring of a Fund Development Coordinator, primarily responsible for overseeing the national RE database with approximately 80 users. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing security, code tables, proper use of system, global changes, imports, reporting, training users, etc. Does anyone have any resources they'd be willing to share?     I don't have any resources for you however this is exactly what I do on top of everything else. Separation like this is where we are headed too, I hope at least!

     I don't have anything like this, but I would certainly suggest you look at Blackbaud certification and candidates who have it.

    I will also say that even if you can confirm that a person knows how to use RE, you still have to have a way to see if they are quick, accurate, and capable.  Just because I know where to put information doesn't mean I'm going to remember to put it there or spell it right when I do.
