RE Mobile App - Problems with running App

We are having problems running the Mobile App. We host ourselves. My IT department likes to test everything before going live in the database. We have installed RE Mobile on our test server with the most recent RE (7.92.5058.6). The error code is long and begins with "General ODBC Error...". Case Central said "The error that we are currently looking at is something that is noted as occurring in a select number of databases." Is there anyone else who is having this problem? I know that Blackbaud is working on the problem - BB737359 but I would like to hear from other users. Thanks.

    We're getting the same error message. I've uploaded a screenshot:

    I've been through all the recommended steps in the knowledgebase article that Stacey mentions (BB737359; doesn't actually appear to address exactly the same issue), but to no avail. I've even uploaded a screenshot of the Process Explorer window showing that the ports are open and the connection is established.

    Really wasn't expecting this to be such a painful process. Any advice would be gratefully received.
