Hello Bay Area Convio User Group -

I am finalizing the agenda for our Friday, December 2nd, 2011 Meeting from 9am to 12:30pm in Oakland (RSVP at: http://my.convio.com/forms/bay_area_luminate_online_usergroup_dec2011) and I wanted to put the call out for organizations attending the meeting to put together a quick no-stress "show and tell" presentation (5 minute presenting, 5 minute Q&A) about something that your organization has done recently. It could be anything! Share a good email campaign you sent and the response statistics, or share an advocacy campaign and a challenge you ran into and how you overcame the challenge, or share your new CMS web site!

I am hoping to sign up at least 3 organizations (maximum 6) to share something that they have done recently, so that at least 30 minutes of our agenda can be dedicated to this. These are no-stress "show and tell" presentations - please reply to this thread to sign up! We will have a laptop, projector, and the capability to show slides, so if you want to put together a couple slides to go with your presentation, that is great, but not necessary if you don't have time, since I know we are all busy.

    I'm game to do some show n tell.

    I've been focusing a lot on email recently, so there are two possible things I could show:

    1. how we set up CMS templates to take the pain out of formatting emails

    2. setting up an unsubscribe exit survey -- this one is literally in progress right now, so I don't know if it'll be a WIN or a FAIL  :-)

    Both of those topics sound great and I am excited to hear about them! I'll put you down on the agenda to present on both of these - if you only want to present one, I think the email exit survey sounds extra useful to hear about your experiences. Thanks so much!
