    I will admit to feeling a bit silly, but I don't know where the Ideas section is... ?  I must've missed this portion of the meeting.

    Ah, just log into the Help section. There you will see on the left the ability to create a case, or to suggest an idea. Also on that page (can't quite remember where, maybe under Search and you pick Ideas from the dropdown) is the ability to see what other people have suggested as Ideas, and each idea has a Promote button next to it. If you agree it's a good idea, you click it.

    Let me know if that makes sense.

    okie dokie, so I got into the Customer Center and poked around in the Ideas, but searching for Dale TMMC isn't getting me anything, nor is your email address nor your name.  Maybe you could share the titles of the ideas that you really want promoted?

    You're right! What a drag you can't search by user. Here are a few titles I'd like people to promote:


    • add donor ID to all canned reports

    ·        Classic Reports: more date choices and show ID

    ·        gift auto responders: make global change an option

    ·        changing credit card sustainer info

    Hi Everyone,

    I have an COM idea about including upcoming events members have registered for on their profile. Would love for it to be promoted even more!

    List Upcoming Events on Member Profiles


    We  have multiple events each week that our members register for using  Convio.  A great feature  to add would be that when members login to  their profile on our website, they could view the upcoming events  they've registered for under their profile information. IE it would be a  running record of events they will be attending that would update as  they purchase tickets.
