Code for donation forms: Trust logos and mailing address

The following is a snippet of code you can add into your donation form to include a mailing address and the trust logos (verisign, and charity navigator/bbb if your charter is accredited).

We will discuss this more on our call tomorrow (1/25/12), but I wanted to go ahead and get it posted. You don't have to know HTML, but I'll show you how you can copy and paste this code into your donation forms and update it for your charter.
