Coaching Emails

Hi Patty,

It could be that you are working on a FY13 pledge event and I'm not sure if the folks who created the FY event blueprints copied over the coaching emails that my team put into the FY12 climb events.  If you go to a FY 12 climb event you should be able to see the coaching emails and you could copy and paste.  In the meantime, I'm looking into getting the coaching emails added into FY13 events because it's been pulled to my attention that they are not there.

Ok, they were only put in the FY12 climb events during config because it is what we had the capacity to do during config and placed as the priority..  I'm committed to making sure they are in the FY12 walk events by the end of htis week as well.

Hi Patty and other Charters,

The coaching emails have been fixed up and put into place for the FY12 and FY13 climb and walk events now.  They are provided as a template for what you should be doing to recruit and coach your participants on fundraising.  Note that there are things each charter will want to look at update: stationery, details about event location, contact information, etc...
