I continue to have issues getting into the learning center. I spoke to a Rep at Blackbaud a couple of weeks ago, although this was on my work computer. Should I be able to access from my iPad?

    I checked the LearnCenter records and it looks as though you were successfully able to access the LearnCenter soon after making this post. The LearnCenter has not been tested to work on iPads.



    Remember every time you want to access the LearnCenter, first you need to log into the Customer Center (http://customer.convio.com) and then click on the LearnCenter link from there.



    Let me know if you are still having problems logging in after trying these steps and I will be happy to further assist you.

    I have the same problem! I just set up my account on community.convio.com, but I haven't been able to access the "Learn Center" resources.

    Hi Molly,

     

    It can take up to one business day for a LearnCenter account to be created after a Customer Center account has been set-up. If you're still having problems tomorrow, please let me know.
