Is there any way to change the donation form a sustaining gift was originally run through? Say for example a donor starts a monthly donation through an online web form but I would like to move them to a monthly donor form so that the monthly gifts are entered in a monthly campaign in a linked CRM.

    Hi WEC (LCV) Staff,

     

    There is no way to change a donation form on a constituent's transaction in Lumiante Online. The best option is to refund the transaction and have the donor process the gift on the correct form.
