A Survivor Conditional?

Is there a way to do "Is a Survivor" conditional, much like the "Is Team Captain" conditional in coaching emails. I want to know if that could be possible to do.

    Because people can register with any participation type and still be a survivor there is not an easy way to do this. The best way I can think of is to use query that looks at the "I relay because" field and create a group based off that. Once the group is created you can use that group as the conditional. ie. They have to be a member of X group to show the content.
