AS_Testing_Timing for duplicates to show up in Duplicate Management?

Using @Stacy Cope's PowerAutomate flow template, we are finding a lot of potential duplicates from recent mailings that are not getting captured by the web view Duplicate Management page. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get flagged? (It seems most of them are at least a few weeks old.)
