First time givers across all TeamRaisers

I need to identify all first time donors across all TeamRaisers noting from which TeamRaiser they originated.

 

I'm wondering if the easiet way to do this is to run a transaction report for a specific time frame and sort out all first time donors? Or does anyone do this differently?

    If your forms/campaigns are clearly labled for each event then you can run a donation by transaction report on just those campaigns/forms and there is a column for "first time donor" that will have "yes" in it if they are a first-time donor.

    And I forgot to add... On step 6 of the report setup you can choose only to show first-time gifts. You have granular options to filter first-time gifts by new online records or first-time gifts by existing constituents:

     

    Donor Status Types: Select the donor status types for this report. First donation from new constituentFirst donation from existing constituentDonations from previous donors

     

    This will remove all of that stuff you don't want.
