SKY API Cohort 500 Errors

Hi,

I'm hoping this has not been posted yet and not an issue with my own configuration, but it seems that every API request I make to the SKY Developer Cohort results in:

500, Server Error, The service is currently unavailable, please try again.

I have tried regenerating both my access tokens and subscription keys. The OAuth procedure works (it allows me to authorize my application with the cohort) and returns a code which can be successfully exchanged for an access token.

We've been experiencing the same thing, as if the SKY Api for schools is down in general.

I'm sure @Stephen Boyle and his team are on it. R

Good afternoon @Luke Graham and @Ruben Perez . I am a member of the Support team at Blackbaud and I just wanted to confirm our internal teams are looking into the 500 errors returned when attempting to make a call to the demo environment. Once I have more information I will reply on this thread.
