Good morning all.  :-)


My organization is going to begin using OLX for credit card processing of gifts that come in through our website.


I am charged with developing a list of training resources on how to use OLX for credit card donations.  This would cover matching donors to constituents to downloading the transactions to batching to loading the gifts onto the Constituent record, and everything in between.  Also if you could let me know of any unanticipated issues that arose or any helpful hints or heads-up.


In the meantime I will be combing through the help videos available via Online Express.

    @Jack Wagner - Welcome to BB Community forums! Unfortunately, I don't - it was created at a previous job. The primary step/recommendation in it was focused on utilizing ‘Bulk Processing’ and selecting ‘Reject profile information’ on the second tab of that pop-up so the data will come through with your edits made during the review process.
