Make Constituent Record window 'Moveable' when superimposed over query results

When opening a constituent record from the Query Results, allow that window to be “moveable” so the user can see behind it as needed. In below example, would like to be able to move the top-most window around on the screen to allow user to view records and information behind it in the query without closing the record. Not super high priority, but would make more user friendly.
