@Crystal Bruce I'm looking forward to learning how to crochet amigurumis - workwise, it'd be workflows and Prospect Insights. ?

  • @Crystal Bruce I am looking forward to a hiking this Spring again in the ADK.

  • I love all of these!

  • @Crystal Bruce I just started as Membership Manager at Storm King Art Center, so looking forward to growing the community here and learning how Altru can help and support that!

@Crystal Bruce Certainly bbcon and seeing how webview continues to grow.

  • @Crystal Bruce 2025 will be an exciting year for our org - - our wonderful current CEO is retiring and fresh new CEO steps in later this month; and we'll celebrate our org's 40th anniversary in February. In my personal life, I'm looking forward to visits with my family and especially my niece's wedding this fall! ?

@Crystal Bruce- I am looking forward to growing and nurturing my professional network, learning new things (always!) and bbcon in Philly (and not needing to get on a plane or skip a few time zones to get there!)

  • @Crystal Bruce, I am looking forward to BBCON in Philadelphia and continuing to help departments within my school use Blackbaud more efficiently. In my personal life, I can't wait to graduate this May with my M.Ed. in Educational Technology!

  • @Crystal Bruce I'm looking forward to my continued learning of everything RE/NXT. There were changes to staff in 2024 and it put me immediately in a position to have to learn and staying afloat at the same time. Sometimes I feel like I need a lifeline thrown to me!

  • @Crystal Bruce
Paddleboarding, I am going to make sure to find more time to enjoy this year!

  • @Crystal Bruce Oh, and I forgot to mention (in my bbcom Philly comment) the Mummers!!! Maybe BB will have the Mummers greeting us on day 1!!!

  • @Jill Greene This Community is a great lifeline for you for all things RE-NXT ? Hang in there!

  • @Crystal Bruce I'm looking forward to continuing the new “RE NXT Product Update User Group” that I started after the final Product Update Briefings (PUBs) of 2024. Originally intended as a one-off event, it quickly became clear that regular meetings would be valuable. The group members voted to meet quarterly to discuss updates. It is challenging to keep up with the rapid pace of change, and this group aims to crowdsource recent changes, challenges, and solutions.

What I am most looking forward to is continuing to serve the social good community as a consultant following my career as a nonprofit Donor Database Manager. 2025 will be my second year in a consultant role, and I'm really enjoying the journey and the opportunity to make a positive impact across multiple organizations!

  • @Crystal Bruce definitely looking forward to BBCON Philly - hope to get back to BBCON and combine with return visit to Philly! Cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, visit the Jersey Shore (and friends).
Looking forward to working with Advisory+ and improving our processes at work - work smarter not harder.

  • @Crystal Bruce Happy New Year! I am looking forward to attending bbcon in Philadelphia and all the Grantmaking sessions. Also, looking forward to a healthier, happy and positive 2025.

@Marie Stark Hi Marie, it's crocheting or knitting small yarn toys or animals. :) I've been meaning to try it for awhile now, but I always seem to run out of time.

@Crystal Bruce Happy New Year! Professionally I would like to continue learning all I can in RENXT so I can move into a more rewarding position helping others with the product. I'm hoping to get to bbcon, extending the trip this time.

Personally, my husband and I have started talking about finally doing a trip west for a couple of weeks in the summer. He's in charge of the planning and there's too much to see and do in just one trip so we will focus on some main sites.

@Patti Hommes This is interesting! Im from the East Coast of Canada - as a little kid in an outport community in Newfoundland, we had traditional mummers who went around at Christmas! I had a chat with my cousin, and she and her family did some mummering as well this Christmas in Cape Breton, it's great to see the old traditions staying alive. Even if they can look different in different places! :)

Happy New Year everyone! I'm hoping this year is one of career growth for me - last year we did a big cross country move, and bought a home in a new town. That took up a lot of my mental energy so this year is all about fresh starts. :)
