Several issues after moving recurring gifts from RE to NXT

Alex, I truly hope you can help us because we have been working with Blackbaud for weeks trying to get this fixed. After moving our 3X a month recurring gifts from batches in RE database view to NXT webview, we have had nothing but issues. Some batches run with no issues, while others have one or two donors gifts being processed, but do not show up in the donors' records. Then while we are trying to reconcile our BBMS reports with our RE reports, we have not been able to reconcile them in over 5 weeks and we are getting very behind. I am working with Diane but it is just moving too slowly. We need to get this fixed ASAP. Plus I am done with the back and forth of emails and chats. I need to work one-on-one with someone to get this reconciled. Can you help?

    To clarify, I don't work for Blackbaud and isn't a support staff for them.

    The issue you are having should be esculated in a support ticket so that they can get more attention on the matter.

    I also do not use RE NXT recurring gift, dbview NOR webview, so isn't best person to answer any direct question on it.

    @Crystal Bruce please move this to the RE NXT forum so more people can see this post and help Kim out.
