    I thought I might kick things off by introducing myself, too!

    I am Senior Manager of Customer Success Enablement for Corporate Impact, which means I get to spend my days with CSMs, Senior Leaders, and customers to ensure we create and host impactful enablement activities that lead to a successful experience in our platforms.

    I live in Dallas, Texas USA, my pronouns are She/Her, and I have been at Blackbaud for 11 years. I was employee 30 at YourCause before being acquired by Blackbaud which makes me as we say…an OG. ?‍♀️

    In Impact Edge - I hear your feedback, I see solutions to the many idea sharing and trouble shooting calls we've shared over the years, and I get excited for you to explore the features and maybe even lean into the first-of-it's kind AI for Social Impact tool: Blackbaud Co-pilot.

    Very excited to be here and dive into this tool more! Just got access today and have already found a few ways to utilize this with our internal stakeholders moving into year-end data.

    Hi Everyone,

    My name is Kaliya Johnson and I work at Boston Scientific. I have been with the company little over 5 years now. Before moving into corporate social impact, I was working at a nonprofit and my time at that organization fuels my drive to provide truly impactful programs. Since being at Boston Scientific my role has evolved and I have worked in all areas of corporate social impact from foundation work, grant management, campaigns, program implementation, performance report, and employee matching gifts. As our team and my role continues to evolve, I am finding myself focusing more and more on data. I am very excited to dive into Impact Edge and learn more about how other companies are utilizing this new tool!
