How to refund Blackbaud Paid Processing fees to donor who was charged the fees and did not want to pay them.

    @Christine Melchiorre I believe that you can do a partial refund in Merchant Services. That said, there could also be a processing fee charged to your organization for the refund. I don't say that to discourage the refund - just as a heads up so that there are no surprises.

    Thank you! When I had issued the refund (fees only, not the donation) the other day, I had not received indication that it had gone through. I was finally able to talk with someone in customer service and found out that while the fee refund goes back to Blackbaud, it does not show up in transaction list, which is what I was looking for. The refund is confirmed now in the case notes.
