Export Prospect Insights Models?

Options

My organization is preparing for our year-end mailing. As part of the process, we are wanting to include targeted asks for our donors. I thought including the target gift range from Prospect Insights might help with this; however, I could not find a way to export this information.

Is this functionality available in RE export?

not sure where this info is stored on your database, but check constituent query > Prospect > Ratings.

Thanks for your response, Alex. I looked under ratings. I thought Blackbaud-TGR might supply that information, but it returns blank for everyone in our database. I also tried Blackbaud Analytics for its high and low ask amounts, but those numbers are a lot different than the numbers from Prospect Insights.

Do you have any guesses what it might be labeled as?

  • @Adam Zarybnicky I'm not sure that that information would be queryable in database view since it's a webview functionality and I don't see any documentation that indicates that it is. That said, it's not available in my sandbox, so I can't test it.

I don't know this particular piece of info is exclusively webview or not per Christine.

So what I would suggest is, go to a constituent that you know have this info in the record. Then go to database view to open the constituent record directly and look everywhere in the Prospect tab of the constituent record for that piece of info, if it is found, then you can query it and export, if not found then it is webview exclusive, and you can't export from db.

After checking the data under the Prospect tab, the Prospect Insights information does not appear under any category. That makes sense if this module is exclusively in the web view, as you mentioned Christine.

Thank you both for your help!
