OLX MAJOR ISSUE

Hi everyone, Our ability to use OLX to update giving forms and to download online gifts has been down for 1 week with no results from support in being able to figure out why. Anyone else having this issue? Or ever had this issue?

    My org has not have any issue with OLX and processing transactions. We are on RE NXT Azure hosted.

    Are you self/3rd-party hosted? or Blackbaud hosted or Blackbaud Azure hosted? If you haven't, you should reach out to BB Support and report the error you are seeing.

  • @Alex Wong We are Blackbaud Azure hosted. And I have been dealing with support since last Monday and they can't figure out what is wrong.

    Completely agree with this. It is what Blackbaud would typically call a “mission critical” event and they should escalate internally. Reach out to your account manager AND your customer success manager, and follow up with them every day if you don't have an answer. Being down this long is unacceptable.
