Has anyone tried a different credit card processor besides OLX?

If so, can you tell me which one and what your experience with them has been and why you switched?

    @Potique Johnson - Are you looking for a different donation platform or a different processor? OLX is the platform, BBMS is the processor.

    @Potique Johnson To @Austen Brown's point, you can only use OLX with BBMS, so they are very closely connected. So if you are looking for an alterative for one, you will probably need an alternative for the other as well.

    Hi Austen.

    You have much more knowledge than I do with respect to this topic. But I am thinking that we want a “different platform” so that we can have paypal and venmo and other types of payments AND still have “Donor Cover” too.

    BBMS would remain the processor? Do you know of donation platforms that work well with BBMS?

    We are limited by OLX and RE NXT Donation Forms. OLX won't let you do donor cover. RE NXT won't let you do Paypal or Venmo, but has donor cover. We would like something all inclusive.

    @Potique Johnson: I'm pretty sure that you can have PayPal and Venmo as payments on NXT donation forms.

    @Potique Johnson - Check out the OLX add-on from SmartTHING called DonorCover; it's a free and very easy to set up/use. It enables you to have a Donor Cover option on your form while still enjoying all the other features.

    @Potique Johnson - Following up on Dariel's point, PayPal/Venmo are available just not when Donor Cover or Complete Cover are enabled. Stick with OLX for now, you can use the add-on + Blackbaud check out to get what you need.
