Any recommendations/best practices/comments using Mailchimp versus Constant Contact with Raiser's Edge?

    Does anyone have experience using the integration tool, Contactegration? Curious to know if you find it useful. Thanks!

    I have used both, and personally prefer MailChimp for it's simplicity. I also like the little High Five when you send your mailing, it just makes me smile. I think if my mailings were much larger, and had many segments, I might have more positive things about constant contact. 


    I watched the demo for Chimp Integration but haven't started using it yet.

    Well In the end I didn't go with either wonderful integration option with CTCT or MailChimp. We had NetSolutions so moved to Online Express in the fall when Blackbaud pulled the plug. Finally got around to sending out our first email with it today. Looking forward to the feature we will get when we move to NXT as that is going to be seamless - stats right on the record! Yesterday, I had the joy of removing all of our department email addresses from CTCT as our academic side of things will continue to use it. I feel 10 lbs lighter.

    We currently use RE NXT, but cannot use it for our Grateful Patient Program unless we want to import all of those records, which we don't want to do. So, we are looking at MailChimp. Can you tell me if the MailChimp plug in for RE is seamless? Is there an additional cost involved from Blackbaud? Does it integrate well with RE?
