How do I ensure that payments made via just giving are recorded against the same campaign in E-tap?

    @Andrew Ellis you need to map the integration between JG and eTapestry. Go to Management/Integrations/Edit Mappings. There you can set a default campaign for all JG gifts that get brought over, and you can add specific JG fundraising campaign mapping to eTapestry campaigns so they are applied to a campaign other than your default.

    @Betsy Rubenstein Hi Betsy,

    thank you for this, that's really helpful. Can I ask, what happens if you have more than one campaign running? If I set one as a default, does that mean that monies got into the default or does the ‘mapping’ differentiate?

    @Andrew Ellis you can map each JG campaign to a different eTap campaign via Edit Mapping. If you don't map each JG campaign, the default is used. For example, we did fundraising for our Annual Fund one year, and we wanted that to hit our default eTap campaign, so I didn't need to do anything there. Then we had a golf tournament, and we wanted that to hit a different eTap campaign, so I mapped that on the bottom half of the Edit Mapping screen once the JG page was created.
