How do I create a membership renewal form?  We have a membership form where the membership lasts for 12 months.  After that, the member has to renew.  Members currently create an account in NetCommunity that they use to renew their membership.  We are moving to RE:NXT and Online Express and I need to know how to do this.

    Unfortunately this will not be possible. There is an online portal where donors can log in to do some self-management, but it does not contain any membership information at this time. No membership details for webview have appeared on the roadmaps from what I can remember. Possibly in a year, but hard to say for sure.

    You will need to push reminders out to people so that they can fill out the online form that you'll build in BBNC. The forms do not distinguish between new and renewed memberships - that is something you'll handle when you process the membership transactions. If you've been doing that in BBNC already, it will be almost an identical process in OLX.
