FPM Continues to be a Missing Product in Blackbaud Lineups

Greetings,

Hi everyone. I am sharing an ongoing pattern that I have been noticing for a number of years that as Blackbaud has product-wide meetings, updates, and conferences, FPM either doesn't exist or gets a 2 minute mention.

Blackbaud data product updates mentioned only the SkyAPI start (and look/feel changes), Blackbaud Developer Days ('21, ‘22, and '23) has zero content/session for FPM, BBCon typically has few to no sessions.

Does anyone else feel like this is a product known by those who support it, program it, and use it, but otherwise disregarded by corporate Blackbaud? Am I missing a presence that others see?

    @Amy Shaiman Amy, thanks for your feedback. Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management is a valued part of our product portfolio, but you are correct that it hasn't been a focus at recent bbdevdays conferences. The main reason that's been the case is that bbdevdays centers on products that customers frequently customize and configure, which isn't a big part of Fundraiser Performance Management. I would note that within the past year we've added or enhanced the integrations between Fundraiser Performance Management and Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT, so we continue to see it as a integral part of our fundraising and donor management product lineup.
