@Crystal Bruce how can I get on the email notifications for these? I used to receive them all, but switched company's and I think that has something to do with it. I have my email updated on the Community, but is there another spot I need to correct?

Good briefing though the email updates were a little mixed in with TeamRaiser updates and we don't use the latter, so it was a little confusing.

With the new payment options for Blackbaud checkout, is there an extra setup for Venmo? I have a Venmo account, but it does not show up as an option in Blackbaud checkout.

On the GA4 slide, I would like to see some guidance on how to run the reports (specific to LO) mentioned.

We would like to see Donor Cover available for regular donation forms outside of Blackbaud checkout. Also, the function, when turned on, defaults to checked, which we don't love.

Good morning!

I saw your comment about wanting more information about GA4 implementation with Luminate Online. Our updated Analytics Tracking support content has just been published. We included instructions to enable Gtag.js scripts, Instructions to enable Google Tag Manager, an overview of the Reports and Dashboard, and a collection of links to information about advanced features.

Google has wonderful collections of tutorial videos also. I recommend the Product Management Training Series and Getting Started with Google Analytics.

@Jeremy Reynolds @Crystal Bruce and for some reason I can't tag Michele Wright. The cover your donation is only if you use Blackbaud Checkout though, correct? We are still on our own for API forms or the non-Blackbaud Checkout payment option?

@Philip Nawrocki Correct. The donor cover option is available for Checkout forms as a standard functionality. There is not a productized version of donor cover for standard donation forms, those still require customization.
