Time Stamp for Registrations

Options

I already know it's “No,” but I'm wondering if there's some sneaky, back-end or NXT way of seeing the time (not just the date) someone registered for a no-fee registration. Reason:

We sold tickets today for an event, and they very rapidly sold out (always do). So, we have an additional “Wait List” form set up for $0 amounts. Query/Export actually pulls these in chronological order, which is great….but we had some call-ins for the Wait List today, too (long story, don't ask…)

We just want to be sure we're opening up tickets to people in the correct order. Again, pretty sure I know the answer, but maybe someone knows something I don't. I know there's a timestamp on the Details section of the purchases in OLX, but they've already all been batched.

Appreciate you.

The Online Express transaction does store full timestamp, but unfortunately not accessible when you are hosted by Blackbaud. (if you are not hosted by Blackbaud and have access to the database tables directly, you can pull the info from MongoTransactions database table).

But if you are hosted by Blackbaud, you are not out of luck, yet. You can submit a support ticket to BB and ask for the transaction details from X date. In the details you can find the timestamps.

I know this post is over a month old, so just want to reply for next time or others who have same questions
