Choosing "Other" amount in donation

Has something changed with Online Express? We have recently had donors that wanted to donate an amount that was not a default option. They typed the amount in the Other box but did not click on the word Other. The amount populated in the box but it did not highlight the Other box so it remained the amount that we have as a default. We have never had this issue before. Has anyone else experienced this?

    @Jean Short - I recommend you set your buttons to the “narrow” option. This should take care of the issue your donors are experiencing on your OLX forms.
