Can I create a new registration form to edit once the form has been used?

Our event opened prematurely before we had a chance to update the registration form (our fault). If we delete registrants to re-add later, will we be able to create a new registration form? Right now it seems to be locked.

We're working on being able to delete individual registrants now, your best bet is to copy the form and delete the old one.
