Hi Kylee,

I tried using my own stationary but I don't have the unsubscribe link included in it. I tried adding it to my email in the email designer, but it doesn't see to recognize it. I just added it as a regular URL through the link tool as we use specific unsubscribe URLs so the appropriate page wrapper displays. If I select the unsubscribe link the tool provides, it just does the standard plain one (https://on.alz.to/site/CO).

Example for our LO instance, I include the page wrapper ID and the Security Category ID in the URL so it can display the appropriate wrapper:

We send emails for about 27 or so of the Alzheimer Societies in our province of Ontario (Canada) so we want their email recipients to see their page wrapper (logo and contact information) if they go to the unsubscribe page.

    To add to my post above…

    For testing sake, I went ahead and tried to use the general unsubscribe link that the tool provides (without the IDs) and it still claims I didn't add an unsubscribe link.
