Simple password script

I want to set up a Pagebuilder page that requires a password to access. I prefer to avoid setting up new security categories et al. because this will be a short-term access method for review by people in remote locations. I know it is relatively simple to set up a simple password requirement using Dreamweaver, JavaScript, etc. Is there a way to do this within PageBuilder? Or even using FTP access as well? Any tips would be most appreciated.
