Stationery

Hi,
Right now, we have to use the Blank responsive stationery. Is it on your plan to make it possible for us to use our own stationeries?

    Hi Perrine,

This is something we have been discussing a lot lately as a team. The challenge with LO-created stationeries is that it is difficult for us to control how the email will be rendered, since it is built outside of our experience and with a different type of code structure. We plan to discuss some options with all of you in an upcoming meeting to get feedback on the best path forward.

In the meantime, there is a chance that an LO stationery could work in our new designer, so it wouldn't hurt to just test and see. Since you all have designed very different stationeries, there is always a chance one could work just fine! It's worth a shot!

The red circled content is from our stationary code while the rest is from drag and drop editor.

That is great to know, Alex! Thank you you sharing!

  • It looks like/I think our organization stationery is working for us as well; take this with a grain of salt being that I am new to using LO email. But I am able to see it on desktop and mobile. The links and buttons all seemed to go to the correct place.
