Is there a way to process Credit Cards without CVV numbers

We have a list of donors that we are migrating from one sustaining program to Convio. Rather than bother them to re-enter their information into Convio, we want to process this and email and notify them that we have migrated over to Convio.

The problem is that we have all the credit card information, but we do not have the CVV number. Is there a way around this? Please help...

    Hello James,

    I can edit the PAYMENT_VOID_CVV2MISMATCH site data parameter.

    This flag is necessary when the payment processor does not reject transactions that fail CVV2 checks. When set to TRUE, it will VOID an approved transaction that fails CVV2 check. This flag is only effective when PAYMENT_CARD_VERIFICATION site data parameter Card Verification Value authentication is set to TRUE.

    We can set this option temporally, as I don't recommend at default.
