Hi,

I'd like to start capturing pronouns for our constituents in RE and/or NXT. I hesitate to put it in attributes as I've seen some folks do as well as adding it as an annotation. Where else are you tracking this information? Also, does anyone know if BB has plans to add this as a field on the Bio tabs?

    We are doing the exact same as Karen Stuhlfeier‍. Fundraisers need pronouns front and center, and as summary note in web view, it's hard to miss.

    We chose to add this information as an Alias, but agree it would be much easier to see in NXT if we use the Constituent Summary section.

    We repurposed the Maiden Name field for this. In the database view the name of the field is Pronouns. In NXT it is still Former Name, but the fundraiser can see 'She/Her and know what it is for. Plus this also puts it front and center on the record in NXT

    If you are not utilizing the second Title field (title 2) I would consider putting it there.

    It does seem a bit too buried in Attributes, especially since some of your orgs have communities where this info is used a lot and needs to be easily ‘under one’s nose' when they open a record.

    that's a good idea only if you are not an educational institution – then you need the Maiden Name field…
