How to change stop date on recurring gift schedule

I accidentally entered a stop date on a recurring gift schedule that is incorrect, and when I went back to fix it, I can no longer edit that field. It doesn't look editable through mass update either. How do I fix it? eTapestry allowed me to enter a date that was before the last payment had been received. So now the stop date is earlier than the most recent recurring gift date.

    Try changing the status back to Active if it's something else.

    Where would I do this? I don't see anything on the recurring gift schedule that says whether it is active or not.

    How about a new start date??

    "The new start date field allows you to enter a date on which you would like the recurring schedule to begin again. Filling in this date will create a new recurring gift schedule that will start on the date entered in this field. The new recurring gift schedule will copy over all fields from the original schedule."


    I don't want to create another recurring gift schedule. I want to fix the error on the one that exists. I entered the wrong date. Now there is a payment that looks like it was entered after the stop date.

    @Michele Lukowski I would maybe contact the customer service department. Maybe they can provide more insight.
