So Many Stationaries

I am in charge of cleaning up old stationaries. Is there an easy way to determine if one is still being used some place?

Hi Cheryl,

There isn't an easy way, that I'm aware of, to determine if a specific stationery is being used in LO, no.

The best approach might be to organize your stationeries by year and determine which ones are the oldest and can be deleted. You might also review the most recent Email Campaigns, perhaps from the last year or two, to determine which stationeries are still being used.

There is a Site Audit in Import/Export that lists all the assets in your instance. Like pretty much everything. The Stationary report has the following cols.

SECURITY_CATEGORY,
STATIONARY_ID,
STATIONARY_NAME,
STATUS,
USE_FOR_EMAIL,
USE_FOR_TAF,
USE_FOR_ECARD,
USE_FOR_TEAMRAISER,
USE_FOR_CLUBS,
USE_FOR_AUTORESPONDERS,
USE_FOR_TRIBUTES,
CREATION_DATE,
MODIFY_DATE

Doesn't tell you where its used, but I think it's still useful. Nice to just have it all in a spreadsheet at the very least. You might need support to make that report available.
