One Registration for multiple events

Curious how others handle multiple event registrations thru OLX? We are starting to plan for homecoming that will have multiple events and would like to have one checkout when registering. So the constituent only needs to enter payment info once. I can't find that this is available. Does anyone have any ideas?

    My first instinct is that you'd either need multiple forms or to have your options all start with the event name/id on 1 form.


    For example:

    Tuesday Rally - 1 seat

    Wednesday Rally - 1 seat

    Friday Dance - 1 ticket


    Hopefully others will have more and/or better ideas for you too!

    Thanks for the response. I am fairly new to OLX, but multiple forms would still have multiple payments/registrations, correct?

    Hi Travis Scoby‍ - I agree with Heather on this one: you have two options on how to approach this, neither one is ideal. If you were to use multiple forms you are correct that would mean donors need to fill out multiple registration forms with their payment information.

    Have you tried doing a Grouped event? Since I have never used the grouped event option since my last position which used NetCommunity, not OLX, I'm not sure if it works the same on the sign up form. But, when I did use it, if the event was grouped, all events appeared on the one sign up page. Once you signed up for one event, you would go to the next and be given the option to auto fill with the same people from the first event, and so on. I would love to know if this is not how it works in OLX, but if you haven't tried it, I would also love to hear if it worked for you.


    Hoping that is the case and this solves your problem.
