Luminate Emails stopped mobile optimizing

We normally have no issues with the emails we create in LO working across mobile, desktop, tablet, etc. Unfortunately, within the last day or so we are noticing that our emails have stopped being mobile responsive/optimized when viewed on a phone. Can anyone help?
