Event Confirmation Emails to Include Mailing Addresses (Event Form Designer in OLX)

I have successfully set up the event and registration form for a virtual event my organization is hosting. My team and I need to ship materials to the registrants. I ask for the shipping and billing address, but in the confirmation email, only the billing address appears in the merge field options. Does anyone know how to include the mailing address in the confirmation email? Or even where their data goes/if I can capture their addresses another way?

    I've been doing events in NXT now so haven't used OLX in awhile, but I added a text field gift attribute of "mailing address if different from billing address" that I add to my registration forms to capture the information.

    Hi Alexandra Mossaidis‍ - How did you set up the Shipping Address fields on your form? Are they through gift or participant attributes? This will then determine where that information ends on within your system. OLX has limitations on how customized your confirmation email can be, and it is unlikely that the information you are looking to add will appear in a manner that you would like it do. Patti Hommes‍' idea is great one, and one I might employ in the future.

    Kinda a random question but we are doing some testing with changing up our confirmation emails mainly for events and just wondering if anyone can help me in figuring our what fields of information are all included in the 'Registration Details' merge tag? Like does this include the total amount vs. any non-tax deduction amounts? Or does it just include participant names?

    if anyone has an example or knows what fields are all included in that merge tag that would be great!

    I can't seem to find anything in KB and don't want to 'register' for the event we have just to then do a refund..
