NetCommunity/Work VPN/RE Database/Outlook/Windows 10/Adobe/CITRIX Receiver/CITRIX Workspace

Has anyone had issues when going to a new computer/laptop? The old laptop worked fine and it was cleaned and new hard drive installed for a new user. CITRIX and the work VPN had to be installed. There is an issue with NetCommunity/CITRIX/Adobe etc. Did anyone run into issues? Some of the issues that she is experiencing is that the RE record locks up. She was also not able to open Adobe. We thought the issue was with NetCommunity but even if she does not start in NetCommunity it locks up.


Is there a setting that is missing? I received anew laptop and mine works fine. She is using my old laptop so I know it is capable of doing what she needs it to do. I have been on KB and chat just wanted to throw it out here to see what issues other may have experienced.
