Solicit Codes updating in Communication Preferences Form

We have created a communication preferences form from which the recipient can toggle their (as the name implies) communication preferences. In this case, the form is set up to display a couple of solicit codes. 


The issue that we are having is that if the constituent profile already includes the solicit code, it will not reflect those changes on the form until a few hours afterwards. The checkmark designating a specific solicit code will be left unchecked.


Is there a way to get a sense of an idea of the update time? Why are there such wait times? When the solicit code is toggled from the form afterwards, the changes are reflected immediately in CRM. 


I've taken a look at the Administration\\Schedules settings, but none of them match up to this problem.

  • We recently tested this out! Whereas you saw a few hours lag, we didn't even see it sync. We realized we were adjusting the wrong field...


    If I understand your issue correctly, you may be making manual changes with the solicit codes. RE and BBNC only sync via consent. The solution we found was adding a new consent entry! Only then did both the solicit code and the user's communication preferences form update (it was pretty instantaneous/automatic also). This is viewable in both webview and database.
