Adding a chatbot to BBNC

Has anyone added a chatbot to your BBNC website? If so, would you recommend a particular tool? Our end goal is a tool for a viewer to submit questions during an online activity or event such as a live video presentation. Ideas are welcome.....

    Hi Diane,


    I tested one called PureChat and was able to add it quite easily as a generic js part. There is a "free" tier and a mobile app too. The support department seemed good as well.


    Sadly, I ran afoul of our privacy regs in Canada and was not able to put it into production.


    However, I'm actually pretty amazed that this isn't a built-in feature for BBNC.....it's pretty much a no-brainer for most websites involving $$ these days.
