Adding phone number to preset email template

How do I add a phone number to the online express email template? There is a preset panel on the bottom of the email template with: Privacy Policy, Unsubscribe, Agency's name and address. How do I edit this information?

    Hi Bill Hoblin‍. The contents of that portion of the footer aren't editable, but what you can do is insert a content row immediately above the footer and give it the same background color as is applied in the footer. That will make those two sections together visually look like a single footer section. And in that new row that you insert, you can add whatever content you like.
