Online Express and BBMS problems

For the past two weeks, our Online Express and BBMS programs have had errors when donors go to make donations online. The system needs to be reset daily, sometimes more than once. This shouldn't need to happen once a year, much less once a day. Has anyone else been having this issue?? Or know of any solutions??

  • Hi Megan Quinn‍. Have you by chance connected with our Support team yet? You shouldn't have to be performing any sort of "reset" to be able to use Online Express or BBMS successfully or reliably. If you have any additional detail, it'll help tremendously if you're able to share with our Support staff the specific error message(s) your and/or your supporters are seeing. And it would also help if you're able to describe the reset process you're going through.


    We should be able to get OLX and BBMS back running again smoothly pretty quickly. Thanks Megan.
