Can you transfer a person's registration and personal page to another participant? We have a rider who is now unable to attend our event and wants to "give" his page and registration to another rider. How do you do this in Team Raiser?

    You can't transfer TR registrations to another constituent.


    However you can register the replacement on the back-end manually. You can opt to not pay the reg fees on the back-end, so you won't need a card number - unless you are using Delayed Self Pledge.


    Then soft credit any donations from the first participant to the replacement, copy over the personal page content, etc. Then finally make the the first participant inactive.


    If you are using DSP, you could just ask the replacement to register themselves. You might provide a discount code for 99% off, so they just pay a nominal reg fee. (You need some fee in order to set up the two part DSP payment on their credit card.)

    EDIT: If this is an athletic event, or for some other reason the event has a waiver, you might want to use that register themselves option regardless. Your legal team might think you can't agree to a waiver on behalf of someone else.
